Shree Ram Group of Industries started its operations in the year 1974 by setting up its first plant to manufacture high quality "Refined Guar Splits" at village Osian, 60 Km from the city of Jodhpur, in the north-western state of Rajasthan in India. In the year 1981 the first plant to produce Guar Gum Powder was set up successfully at Jodhpur. Since then, there has been no looking back, and Shree Ram went on to develop sophisticated and more cost effective techniques for producing various grades of Guar Gum Powder under strict Quality Control. Latest state-of-the-art technology has been implemented and Shree Ram is continuously upgrading its manufacturing facilities to keep ahead of time and maintain its leading position in the industry. The quality Products of Shree Ram , sold under the brand names of RAMCOL and RAMCIL, exceed the strictest of International Standards. Over the years Shree Ram has not only diversified, but also integrated vertically to give itself an edge over its competitors. Shree Ram set up a facility to produce modified guar gum and guar gum derivatives in the year 1992. Over the years Shree Ram diversified into other natural products like Psyllium Husk, Tamarind Kernel Powder, Cassia Tora Gum, Also Shree Ram has developed various new grades of fast hydrating Guar Gum. All Shree Ram manufacturing facilities strictly observe Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and are HACCP and ISO 9001 certified.
